The Gardens on Sixth (Transitional Living Program)

The Gardens on Sixth are a 24 unit transitional living program that opened in September 2016. The Gardens provide a solid “hand-up” to those working towards independence and self-reliance. Single Individuals, and Single Individuals with Children currently come to the Gardens through referrals from local shelters and recovery programs.

-Guidance

-Assist with housing Searches

-Collaborative Case Management
